Grazing
- We have 150 acres of varied grazing across our three farms.
- All the winter grazing fields have stoned gateways, are flat and have been fully drained to maximise winter turnout opportunity.
- The grassland is routinely tested for trace minerals. All of our fertilizer and herbicide applications are fully sensitive to equine requirements and recommended by Frontier Agriculture.
- All horses must be on a laboratory test-based worming programme. We currently use Westgate laboratories for our testing and all horses and ponies must prove to have a worm count below 200 eggs per gram before they are permitted to graze our pasture.
